Post-License Sales Training
Course (45 Classroom hrs)
Required of salespersons
during 1st licensure period only.
If not done, license is lost. Stresses how to do the business and
includes: completing listing and sales contracts, growing professionally,
working with buyers as well as sellers and helping customers decide between
financing options.
Pre-License Real Estate Broker
(72 classroom hrs)
Required for obtaining a
Broker license.
Brokers may employ others. Topics include: the brokerage business, valuing real
property, listing, selling, financing, closing, contracts, income tax and
investment.
CAM-Community Association
Management (18 hrs)
Satisfies State requirement of 18
hours. A
CAM license is for persons managing condominiums,
cooperatives, and time share resorts in excess of 50 units or a 100,000 dollar
budget for compensation.
AB1–Residential Appraisal Course I (100 classroom hrs)
This is the introductory foundational course for appraising.
Fulfills the educational requirements to become a registered appraiser.
Topics include: the profession, the process, data collection, residential
construction, sales comparison approach, cost approach, income capitalization.
