Pre-License Sales Course (63 classroom hrs)
State required. Covers principles, practices and law. Meets educational requirements to take State Exam. Classroom course includes text. You may register and pick book up early for pre-study.
Post-License Sales Training Course (45 Classroom hrs)
Required of salespersons during 1st licensure period only. If not done, license is lost. Stresses how to do the business and includes: completing listing and sales contracts, growing professionally, working with buyers as well as sellers and helping customers decide between financing options.
Pre-License Real Estate Broker (72 classroom hrs)
Required for obtaining a Broker license. Brokers may employ others. Topics include: the brokerage business, valuing real property, listing, selling, financing, closing, contracts, income tax and investment.
CAM-Community Association Management (18 hrs)
Satisfies State requirement of 18 hours. A CAM license is for persons managing condominiums, cooperatives, and time share resorts in excess of 50 units or a 100,000 dollar budget for compensation.
